Step 3: Create Products Individually or in Bulk

To create products one by one, select the Individually option and fill in the required fields directly. Alternatively, choose Bulk Upload if you want to add multiple products at once. Under the Bulk Upload option, click on the download icon to get a spreadsheet template.

Step 4: Populate the Spreadsheet Template

Open the downloaded file, which includes multiple sheets for mandatory and optional fields. Please ensure you populate the mandatory fields on the Fields sheet, including essential details like Number (unique identifier, like SKU code), Name (product name), and Status (which defaults to “Active” if left blank).

For optional fields, refer to supporting sheets such as CategoriesTags, and Status to standardize entries. Use IDs from these sheets to correctly categorize and tag your products. To assign multiple categories to a single product, format them in square brackets like [Category1, Category2].

For example: below is the data in categories:

And Status

You will require IDs from these sheets.

Step 5: Prepare the Upload File

Once all required fields are populated, save the file on your computer. Any non-mandatory fields can remain hidden but should not be removed from the template. Ensure that any desired product status other than "Active" is specified in the Status field.

Step 6: Upload Your File

Return to the Master Data section in Orderlink and click the Upload icon to select and upload your completed file. After submission, you will see a success notification confirming that your products have been created.
