Adding Order Lines to an Existing Shipment
To add order lines to a pre-existing shipment, follow these steps:
To add order lines to an existing shipment, first confirm that the order lines have allocated quantities. The order lines need to be in a "Fully Allocated" or "Partially Allocated" status before they can be added to a shipment. If they’re not yet allocated, head over to the Allocations screen found under the Orders menu in the sidebar. From there, you can allocate quantities by selecting the appropriate order type in either the Transfer or Purchase tab.

Once the order lines are allocated, select the lines you want to add to the shipment, click on the three-dot menu in the top-right corner, and choose Add to Shipment. A small window will pop up, allowing you to select the specific shipment. Simply pick the shipment, click Submit, and your order line is now added to the shipment.
