How to cancel a shipment?

Can I cancel any shipments? 

Yes, you can cancel any shipment, provided it hasn’t been received yet and does not have an ASN (Advanced Shipping Notice) created for it. If the shipment has already been received, you’ll need to reverse the received quantity before proceeding with the cancellation.

How to Cancel Your Shipment 

To cancel a shipment, go to the International Shipment section in the sidebar to access the shipment table. Locate the shipment you want to cancel, click on the three dots in the top-right corner, and select Cancel Shipment.




What Happens When You Cancel a Shipment?

When a shipment is cancelled, the status of the associated orders and order lines will revert to “Allocated,” and the stock previously dispatched in that shipment will return to the supply warehouse.
