How to upload files in my Shipment?
International Shipment Detail
To upload files to an international shipment, start by accessing the Shipment Details page. Head to the sidebar menu, click on Shipment, and then choose International Shipment.
Upload Files
Once you're on the Shipment page, select the Files tab. Here, click the Upload Files button to add documents, Excel sheets, and other relevant files for your purchase orders or shipments. You can also organize your files using categories and subcategories for quick reference.
file upload

When files are uploaded on a Shipment Page, they automatically link and appear across all related Purchase Orders (POs) and Transfer Orders (TOs) connected to that shipment. However, this function does not work in reverse: files uploaded directly to POs or TOs won’t show up in the associated shipment. This design prevents an infinite loop of files within the system, keeping file management clear and organized.

In the next version, we’re adding customizable categories so you can create your own file categories! If you need this feature urgently, feel free to reach out, and we’ll prioritize it.
