How to Manually Sync Orders from Inventory Planner in Orderlink | Quick Guide

Imported Orders from Inventory Planner? Here’s Where to Find Them

Transfer Orders

When you sync Orderlink with Inventory Planner, all your purchase orders get imported as Transfer Orders in Orderlink. This helps you consolidate everything into your replenishment warehouse—like your freight forwarder's location or a consolidation site in the country of origin.

To check them out, just head to Orders in the sidebar, then click on Transfer Orders. Easy as that!

Understanding the Transfer Orders Page

Here’s a quick guide to what each column means:

  • ORD No: This column shows all the purchase orders imported from Inventory Planner.
  • From Warehouse: This is your consolidating warehouse, where suppliers send orders before you consolidate them for dispatch to other locations. For example, in the below image, orders from LED Technology Limited arrive at the China warehouse, and from there, they’re consolidated for dispatch to NZ and UK warehouses.
  • ERP Supplier: This is the supplier set up in Inventory Planner. It’s mainly used to filter orders, making it easier to select the right ones for consolidation.
  • Consolidation Status: This indicates whether you have created a PO for a transfer order or not. You can filter for non-consolidated transfer orders and create consolidated POs directly in Orderlink.

NotesIf you’ve recently created any orders in Inventory-Planner but can’t see them in Orderlink yet, don’t worry! Orderlink automatically syncs with Inventory Planner every hour. If you need those orders right away follow the below steps to manually sync your data.

How to Manually Sync with Inventory Planner in just two clicks

  1. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the Transfer Orders table.
  2. Select Sync.
  3. In just a few seconds, you’ll see a success notification, and your updated orders will appear in Orderlink.

Easy as that!
