Editing a Shipment in Orderlink

Managing shipments efficiently is essential for keeping your supply chain organized, especially if you need to make changes to quantities or order details before dispatch. In Orderlink, you can easily edit shipment details as long as the shipment hasn’t been received yet. Here’s a guide to help you navigate the editing process.

Accessing the Edit Shipment Option

To begin editing a shipment, go to the International Shipment page from the sidebar. Once there, locate the shipment you want to modify in the shipment table. Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the shipment’s row, and you’ll see an Edit Shipment option.

Steps to Edit Your Shipment

  1. Select the Shipment: Navigate to the International Shipment page, and find the specific shipment you want to edit.
  2. Open Edit Menu: Click on the three dots in the top-right corner of the selected shipment, and select Edit Shipment.
  3. Make Changes: Here, you can adjust any necessary shipment details, such as modifying quantities, updating addresses, or reassigning items to the shipment.
  4. Save Updates: After making your changes, ensure you save the updates to confirm your edits.
